Summary: Film is situated in a small town Komonice in the 60's, the time of communism where the only party, represented by chariman of people's committee and his secretary instead of taking care of the people's needs they build up a fountain. There's a castle in the Komonice and according to a legend there is good ghost in the castle - White lady. She emerges from the painting on the wall when someone speaks out magic formula.
