Kind of a spiritual sequel/prequel to JCVD's "Bloodsport" and, like that film, is best enjoyed in combination with mind-altering substances. The garishly costumed gang of Japanese street toughs (led by a white dude) has to be seen to be believed! I laughed, cheered and yelled things like 'It's Bolo Time!' through the entire runtime.
