A very meh movie. It has a definite straight-to-video feel, although most of the scenes are shot well and the action never seems cheesy. Virginia Madsen is decent in the lead role, but none of the actors can really rise above the rather bland and predictable script. Yuji Okumoto is actually surprisingly good in the usual hard boiled cop role, but he isn't given much to do in the film.
