Jean Harlow heads an unappealing cast of ham actors in this so-so comedy. I suppose it makes a point about the manufacture of publicity and the star machine, but it's not as sharp as the classics of the genre.

Uproarious self-send up from Harlow, who is unfortunately underrated as a comedienne. Excellent film the skews studio-era Hollywood!
