I'd call it a predecessor of What's Up, Tiger Lily? or MST3K, but that would be insulting. Awful, unfunny laffy taffy humor.

You could take Boo as a precursor to MST3K if you'd like, though Albert DeMond's unimaginative combination-cum-mockery of Nosferatu and Frankenstein fails to sufficiently manipulate these self-consciously ghoulish stories into an individual narrative of equal cohesion and laughter. Despite minor, irregular chuckles, DeMond clearly lacks the prerequisite wit and panache to actually earn Boo's MST3K-ness.

Interesting film as a precursor to MST3K and Rifftrax but let's just say it has not aged well with very outdated and lame humor. Only recommend to hardcore horror buffs for a single view.
