This movie is better than many people think. Funny, witty and very very sexist. Gotta love it! This movie is packed with some of the best afro american actors of it's time. The conversations between Murphy, Lawrence and Grier are almost Tarantinoesque, Hally Berry is sweet and loveable, Chris Rock is funny as... well Chris Rock, Grace Jones is a perfect cast as an insane model and Eartha Kitt is just grrrrrrrrrreattt rrrrrrrrrrr...

Pretty good romantic comedy with a strong cast. Eddie Murphy is in his element here. The plot and comedy drag during the last thirty minutes or so, but the first half is hilarious. Worth watching.

This movie has a charming Eddie Murphy, a slick and grown-up comedian. Most of his movies have no trace of this man. But, for all the sex talk in Boomerang, there's very little nudity. The only thing naked is Murphy's vanity.

This is Eddie growing up a little...and it kind of blows. At least he falls in love with Halle Berry, who's elf-ishly cute, like a half-African American Audrey Hepburn.

Good phase of Eddie Murphy, some parts are funny. But still, it is not a great movie.

Aside from the exchanges between David Alan Grier and Martin Lawrence, there isn't much here to go running through the alleyways proclaiming love for.
