Summary: London Bridge, London, England, 1888. Jack the Ripper dies in the Thames river. London Bridge, Lake Havasu, Arizona, 1985. Oh Jesus this is fucking awful. David Hasselhoff, the lead in a horror film? Pedestrian TV direction is bad enough, but the script by William F. Nolan (a man I have actually met, and who I know is capable of much better) is a real piece of shit
