For its flaws, this once lost film manages to capture so many wonderful images and sounds on celluloid - the awkward silences of the characters, shots of the motorbike on the road to a wonderful rock score, eating Sugar Puffs from a pan - in crisp black and white cinematography. It's a shame it has to follow a narrative about torn apart young lovers, when it should have devoted itself to being a snapshot of the time period.
