Pretty dire. The cartoons themselves are bad enough if you are over ten (mentally, anyway). What makes it worse is Maltin going on in the "host" segments about how brilliant and endlessly inventive the Warner Bros. animators were, when you can see for yourself that they reused at least half a dozen gags in this anthology, and there's only 11 cartoons here. Just pathetic
