Using the relationship of a young boy with his teacher we get a film that shows the power of friendship and the heartbreak of betrayal.While not that emotionally effective I found the day to day interactions and understated way the story was told to be enjoyable.The ending is good but doesn't really convey the emotional impact of the scene.

I'm sitting wondering why another movie like this. Slow & weak all around with some political junk tossed in to make it seem important.
