Summary: Hans, a German mouse, arrives in America to visit his cousin, Willie. Hans wants to know all about the free market capitalist system. So, Willie takes Hans to see a lecturer in a university, another mouse, who talks at length about the capitalist system while Sylvester Cat chases all three rodents around the lecture halls. (imdb)

One of three cartoons financed by the Sloane foundation to teach children about economics. I watched this cartoon over 40 years ago, and while recently re-watching it again, was amazed at how much of the story was ingrained in my memory. I could recite almost every piece of dialog, line for line. That's the mark of a well made piece of film.
