Summary: When Unnikrishnan (Jayaram), although highly educated, finds it difficult to get a teaching job, he applies for the job of a private detective with a firm called Secret Files. As a trainee, he is asked to find out the details of Arundathi Nair (Rohini), the daughter of a rich businessman Ananthapadmanabhan (Sukumaran), as part of a marriage proposal investigation. Little did he know that two other trainees are also on the case - Oomen Koshy (Jagathy Sreekumar) & Premshankar (Manian Pillai Raju).
