Summary: Kelly Collins, an artistic, fashion-minded teen who's forced to go from flashy fab to olive drab at her new stepdad's military academy. As the clumsiest, most clueless recruit ever to botch basic training, Kelly seems to be fighting an uphill battle to fit in. I'm normally a fan of Disney films no matter how corny they might be, but this one was definitley poor, even for a direct to DVD film. You can only stand so much Hilary Duff before she gets a little annoying, and she pushed the limits as Kelly, a bubbly girl sent to military school. The plot was very poor and the film went off in several odd directions, such as a very long scene of rifle spinning which would have had any tween getting bored very quickly. Overall its watchable, but a poor effort.
