I've seen this twice: in Spanish cinema class, and later on Youtube, and neither with subtitles. Thankfully, the language doesn't seem to matter much because the story is visually proficient (and, actually, some scenes are fantastically creepy). It also deserves love for telling a difficult story (again, I can't relate) without the usual pomp and glamour, and with enough gender/machismo/nationalism subtext to let Laura Mulvey write another three books.
