Good LORD, this is dreck. It feels as though it was written in crayon by a man whose previous experience had been nothing but Crimewatch reconstructions (and whose direction doesn't do any favours either), and acted by people reading from cue cards. It could have been an interesting story, but it's rare to find a film that misses by this wide a margin.
