first off, i'm amazed that i am not the only person to have watched this. this is an utterly worthless piece of crap that turned captain america into a bicycle helmet wearing, flimsy plastic shield wielding joke, the icing on the cake is the motorcycle he rides is really just a dirt bike with less CC's than a syringe. i'm not surprised by lee's choice to be in this movie considering his history with hammer, but why would a no name tarnish his reputation by being associated with this?

The first Captain America TV movie must've scored a few ratings points because he was back a few months later in this even weaker followup effort. You'll feel like you've aged a lifetime while watching this lethargic tale unfold. Only the good supporting cast is worth a note.
