The only thing this movie has in common with the original is the title and the fact that there's a carnival. I thought the concept and the atmosphere were fairly entertaining, but some really spotty acting and dialogue hold it back. I don't know if the "I'm not afraid" "You will be, you will be" exchange is a homage to ESB or what, but it's damned hilarious either way.
