A not very clever or funny cartoon (the very inanity of the title is a dead giveaway... if you'll, ah, pardon the expression) that's made watchable by the fact that Casper The Friendly Ghost is one of the few old-time cartoon heroes who's actually a kind and virtuous individual. Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Mickey Mouse, and all those other assholes usually drive me right up the wall
