Muddled story held up by some pretty good performances and graphic nudity.

This one is hard to tackle with preconceptions, it is quite singular in it's attempt to draw the nature of sexual relationship. The background or future of the characters are irrelevant, they may as well be their real selves. Wang fortunately doesn't insist on his shortcomings and let the act flow. After all you were forewarned in the first 15 minutes: "It's all an act."

So few people seem to like this film. I think it's right on in most departments. It's a double tragedy, which is something you rarely see in movies. It's also one of the few small movies in which the shitty-looking video image actually fits the material perfectly

This movie let me confused. The characters and particularly the beginning are marv. Entire movie you're waiting, what is the center of the world. But after Getty and especially Carla's second visit, everything goes wrong. I mean as a story and movie. Everything what was build collapsed. The ending explains the very beginning, but does not save anything anymore. Shame. It was so promising story. P.S. Carla is more hotter than Molly. IMHO
