It's "My Three Sons" meets _Here Comes Mr. Jordan_. This period fantasy isn't as corny as some Disney films but it doesn't exactly break new ground either, though MacMurray plays a character not too far removed from his alleged real-life self. This was one of Russell's many Disney flicks during his teen idol phase, while pretty Cody was a regular during the final season of "Dark Shadows".
