Jiggly Russ Meyer boob-a-thon that might as well have been called "Crooked Cops and the Whores Who Fucked Them". Charles Napier plays a Southern sheriff with a couple of hot girlfriends who gets mixed up in a dope smuggling operation. The violence is extreme and the nudity is non-stop, but the film tries to make a preachy point about how sex is good and censorship is bad, and then goes on to blame marijuana for destroying the moral fabric of America. That's kinda stupid.
