Summary: If a new biological chemical weapon is exposed to temperatures over 50 degrees Fahrenheit, it'll do something very bad. Two men (Skeet Ulrich, Cuba Gooding Jr.) try to make sure that doesn't happen, and that it doesn't get stolen by a terrorist. (imdb)

Meaningless and forgettable in almost every timeless second. Cuba Gooding Jr. is horrendous as well as Ulrich. I feel insulted. They should've called the movie "deucebags trying to act".

Played straight with a decent heavy, some of the action skimps a little and the picture maintains pretty good pacing. The guys & simple story are likable enough so the answer is one could do worse looking for fun at the cinema. Some face melting effects & big fire balls punctuate the solid (car) chase.
