Interesting documentary. Rickson--while obviously not the legendary superhero that the film makes him out to be--is an unusual guy with a worthwhile story to tell, and the behind-the-scenes look at the tournament was fascinating. Few things are funnier than the stand-up stylings of the Gracie family.

Too much absurd Gracie propaganda, and clearly marketed for those unfamiliar with MMA. That being said, it features very candid looks at the fighters and their matches, including future world champion bobsledder Todd Hayes, and Yuki Nakai's unbelievable display of courage against Gerard Gordeau, in a match that left him mostly blind.
