Summary: At an orphanage, the children are sad because they received broken toys as gifts. Professor Grampy sees the children while passing by in his sled and has an idea on how to give them a merry Christmas. (imdb)
This little cartoon shows that children will play with everything they will get hold on as long as it is entertaining and funny. Another nice example for Fleischer's 3D-technique.
Santa doesn't care about orphans, gives them broken gifts, but Grampy is the man so everything worked out; his inventions were awesome. Great animation!
See the title? They're gonna sing it over. And over. And over. And over. It's far from the only saccharine Christmas special, but it does grate on my nerves.
