Cheese puffs with Zen teachings inside of them. As I see it, this film should have never been made. This is clearly not what Bruce Lee had in mind when he wrote this film. Everything from acting (Jeff Cooper couldn't help but look like a guy lifted from mid-70's NY street) to martial arts choreography is done very heavy handedly, and the philosophical vision of the film is completely blurred.

A Kung Fu fantasy shot in Israel, better produced than the usual chop-'em-sock-'em flicks.

When you look at the cast and the writing credits, you very badly want to like this... but it's really kind of silly and dull

On the surface, this movie would appear goofy, and not to be taken seriously. I found this to be an enjoyable film based on a story originally written by Bruce Lee. Though, this movie wouldn't been better starring Bruce.

A nice attempt at bringing a Bruce Lee script to life, but Jeff Cooper is just so terrible and clunky that he drags the film down to the level of camp.
