An awesomely bad, surface-level exploration of the loss of ethics and morality (you know, in Crime Syndicates) that would be better explored in later films like Hard Boiled and Election. And don't be fooled by Danny Lee and Yun-Fat on the cover - Lee is in ONE scene and Yun-Fat in about 5 whole minutes. Nothing much to recommend, but not as disastrously bad as some other films of this ilk, either.
