This is on par with the Dirty Harr sequels. Chuck Norris is overqualified with little physical action here, although this cop film shows that he is a good actor, and not just someone who can throw a kick.

Typical Chuck Norris action flick with comparatively good characters (who you can play "spot what other low budget action flicks I've been in" with) and a few good set pieces but it just seemed to lack something... maybe the payoff should have been more physical to suit Chuck's skills rather than a straightforward shootout.
