Mild Disney fantasy comedy. Even with Reed chewing the scenery as the bad guy and Carrera's considerable beauty this superhero spoof hasn't much to offer.

Michael Crawford is pretty lame as a hero and this was a stupid movie that even offended my 10 year old sensibilities back in the day. If you enjoy watching a nebbish effeminate man flap around in a retarded costume then this might be for you. Too dumb to be a proper spoof.

Saw it multiple times as a kid. Hard to imagine Michael Crawford in this role pre-Phatom of the Opera. Ton of action and foreign adventure without corruption from adult elements.
