A charming little short. The animation manages to defy its simplicity to be really very beautiful at times. It's a oddly touching and uplifting piece of animation and as a lover of folk music from pretty much anywhere I enjoyed the soundtrack too.

Not a very elaborate short film by any means but its simplicity is really what makes it shine - the animation is absolutely beautiful with just the right music to fit the mood of the film. It represented well the recent changes in the last century or so of our history while just placing the emphasis on a small rocking chair. Pretty good short.
