Can make you cry if you've seen Istanbul once.

Baglama galore. A half-decent exposition of the diverse and glorious world of Turkish music (encompassing Istanbul's pop, rock and rap scenes as well as traditional musics of the Gypsy and Kurd minorities), if only because it is the only one of its kind. Ofcourse, Middle-Eastern cultures deserve far more popular interest than just the odd documentary film.

Follows a pretentious musician around on his discovery of culture. Inevitable, but still enraging: the scenes where he "jams" with Turks.
