Not wholly revealing of North Korea as a society or country, but it's still a compelling story of one man's very unique life.

Very interesting subject matter. Just wish they dug deeper into the background of Dresnok and the other 'defectors'.

Couldn't get myself to care about Dresnok's family life and health issues, but he's got a damn interesting life story.

Fascinating story told competently. And of course it's always interesting to see footage of DPRK.

Fascinating documentary, both for the tale which Dresnok tells and for the glimpses we receive of life in the DPRK (and both Dresnok and North Korea are shown to be more interesting, more complex, and perhaps more sympathetic than many may have been led to believe).
