Summary: To catch two of America's biggest drug smugglers, U.S. Customs agent Vic Cooper (Stephen Baldwin) goes undercover as a competitive skydiver. He soon realizes, however, that there's more to skydiving than just jumping from a plane: There's a rush that's intoxicating … and addictive. While Cooper remains intent on nabbing the smugglers, the line soon blurs between his new obsession and his original mission.
