Decent enough Heist film that feels like Lock, Stock and Two Smoking barrels combined with Inside Man. Though I though Lock, Stock was far better this is still worth seeing if you enjoy bank heist flicks that uses things other than gunfights to create tension and atmosphere. It's not superb but it's a decent film.
