Impossible to rate. Objectively, it may be one of the worst movies ever made. However: It doesn't take itself too seriously and it me me laugh. The first part plays like a low budget Japanese 'Leprechaun', the second part like 'Reptilicus' reenacted with toys. To try and make a monster movie with a budget of only 2 dollars is an amazing effort by Director Tomoo Haraguchi. I cannot applaud the use of G.I. Joe-figures as stunt doubles enough. Standing ovations from me and a warm recommendation.
