Summary: Mundoor Ramanandan Nambiar (Dilip), a struggling Ottan Thullal artist, dreams of marrying his uncle's daughter Indu (Joemol), but faces stiff opposition from his uncle (Rajan P. Dev), who wants his daughter to marry someone wealthy. Ramanandan is called to perform at Umayanalloor Kovilakam, before Govinda Varma Raja (Oduvil Unnikrishnan) as part of his 70th birthday celebrations.
