A few unremarkable performaces from some Brit regulars, while in the lead the worryingly skinny Kebede doesn't have to do much besides standing around looking pretty. If the circumcision scene was played at the beginning rather than the end it might have aided our sympathy towards Waris and what she managed to achieve.
