This one is, as far as I can tell, shot entirely from inside a hospital. Unsettling images, sometimes all the more so because they are obscured in some manner: out of focus, an object blocking the view, a quick glimpse of something mysterious. In the film's "climax", we get a brief, pacifying glance out a window, and then plunged into a whirlwind nightmare montage of surgery, sometimes in clear gory detail, sometimes in mere impressions. A little long, perhaps, but very engaging.
