I know a guy like that. He transfers souls into inanimate objects. He also likes pop-tarts. His name is Rob.

Dark-natured and genuinely creepy, but ultimately ineffective. I chalk it up to the mind numbing script, dry direction and hypnotized cast. Bryant Haliday is the wood glue that holds this dummy together. [MST3k is holding back the punches compared to the rest of the Sci-Fi Channel era when they really needed to let loose on this one.]

Terrific Brit B movie. Tense and eerie, with fine performances and sharp monochrome photography beautifully catching the slate-gray atmosphere of a pre-mod '60s London; everything capped by a wonderful twist ending. See it.

Bland, bland, blandybland. The theoretical male lead never actually advances or interacts with the plot, leaving Byrant Haliday to carry the movie by himself, and while he tries his hardest, he can't overcome the many moments where he has to bicker with a puppet like an old married couple. Lacking in tension completely.

I actually liked the movie a lot. However, the ending is very rushed and weak so I had to subtract some points.

Pretty good acting with a bit of tension thrown in at the beginning and a trippy ending, made this interesting. It does go a bit slow, so it does take soem of the fun out of it.

Bryant Haliday is pretty good. Plus, two actors from 2001: A Space Odyssey.
