Another of the numerous animated shorts in which Bugs Bunny's superior wit outmaneuvers a dopey predator, the mechanical Devil May Hare trades in predictability -- not laughability. Almost every gag cooked up resembles a rinsed repeat of the prior one, McKimson's debacle never ascending to the point of praiseworthy comedy in such repetition and slackness. Ending abruptly, it reveals no reason to be seen again.

This is one of my all time fave's simply 'cause it's the first appearance of my fave cartoon charactor "TAZ"...And it's pretty f#@king funny
