After the so so villains of the first movie, the producers had to up the ante and came up with "A", a supervillain who's decided to spell his name in the crimes he's committing. SERIOUSLY, the opening set up is worth the price of the DVD alone. it might be trashier than the original, but it's FAR more enjoyable. WELL worth it's weight in popcorn. Toe knee :-)
