The godawful animation and paint-by-numbers plot leave this feeling like a distinct rush job, but at least it's an improvement on The Infinite Quest. The cold, dead eyes of this Doctor, the lacklustre companions and the overly expository dialogue make this one that's hard to enjoy, even for a die-hard Whovian.

a good watch for any fan of the show, the animation is pretty crappy, but the story is good and doctor who is charming and witty as always.
