Offers the perfect setting (a remote Irish island only accessible by a ferry that runs every three days, is low on technology, has almost no phone access, and is inhabited by a pack of hardcore religious inbreds), but fails to create any serious tension. The villagers aren't creepy, aren't intimidating, aren't glowing-eyed evil...they're just kind of annoyed all the time. It really is too bad, because Jenn Murray does a stellar job with the part of Dorothy. Watch it for her, if for naught else.

A strong build-up with a terffific lead actress as Dorothy. Like most twist driven horror this one loses it a bit in the end.
