No clue why this is on here, but the series is shit, and while this is a bit better, it was still ruthlessly boring throughout, with most of the "movie" being still frames of a face expressing "surprise".

I'm not even going to pretend it's a good film, because it's not. However, it may be one of the best of the DBZ films, mostly because its' isolation from the series as a whole forces it to have a stronger character-driven story than usual. And its plot appears to be a traditional Japanese 'samurai rebellion' narrative, with whiffs of Superman and Star Wars - which is enough to hold the interest of anyone's Inner Nerd.
