Summary: World War II ends, and Kenneth Anger goes wheeling with his camera into the crowd of a post-War party on Hollywood Boulevard. The short film ends with an atomic bomb going off. Although circulated on 16 mm through 1967, Anger then withdrew Drastic Demise.
