Something that ALWAYS bothers me about Tom and Jerry is that all it comes down to is Jerry essentially beating up Tom for 5 minutes. Duel Personality has always been one of my favorite Tom and Jerry shorts because it felt like Jerry was finally getting what he deserved. The animation wasn't the best but its magic seeing Jerry get smacked around a bit for once.

Much as I love the Tom & Jerry shorts from the Hanna/Barbera/Quimby era, I hate Chuck Jones's travesties with equal fervor. This was the time when the quality of the gags and the animation took a giant nosedive. I find them literally unwatchable.
