A black dude (ludicrously named "Stud Brown") fighting to keep drug pushers out of his neighborhood and a Chinese dude who is trying to find his missing brother join forces after they get handcuffed together during a series of silly coincidences. Pretty crap overall with terrible acting and weak kung fu action galore. Worth watching if you just want to laugh at someone else's incompetence, or the scene where Stud inexplicably croons his name over and over to a mute girl for several minutes.
