Funny stuff, and it's fascinating seeing Izzard perform this early in his career. You can see him almost furtively developing the bits and personae which later became staples of his act.

Great show from a very funny man.

It lacks a lot of the charm of his later works, and as such the jokes seem forced and unfunny. Everything looks right, but the pieces don't fit together properly, and the result is extremely unsatisfying for someone who's seen other Izzard shows.
