Summary: Pondicherry-based home minister R.K. Santhanam (P. Vasu), puts his daughter Gayathri (Nithya Das) up as a nominee for a minister post to capitalize on the sentiments of his wife Lakshmi's (Sabitha Anand) murder. Gayathri revolts & runs away, joins a nomadic group & ends up with struggling bus owner Unnikrishnan (Dilip) & crony Sundaran (Harisree Asokan).
