All-around poor comedy on several levels. There are a few moments where humor shimmers through the garbage, but they are few and far between. Unambitious and forgettable.

Ironically, this seems like the kind of crap that Cook would slaughter in his tired stand-up. Alas, now he is merely another egocentric jerk in an incredibly bad movie, which offers a lot of poorly written jokes in a superbly generic setting. It is certainly possible to make wry observations about everyday life in a familiar setting, but if the jokes aren't funny the concept falls to pieces, and the witless drivel that comes out of these characters renders the experience torturous.

Dimensionless characters, juvenile humor, indifference all around. While I normally don't get hung up on technical details, the lighting was terrible, like they filmed in depressing warehouse with hand held camcorders and just relied on what light there was. The overall mood of the film is depressing and soul sucking. It's obvious that no one involved in the film cared about the final product, so why should you?

I maybe laughed twice? Passed the time but there's not much to see here.

The characters are terrible and the atmosphere is sickening and sad. Incredibly stupid.

Dane Cook meeting Jessica Simpson is one of the worst scenes of attempted chemistry I've seen. The rest is mediocre.

The movie reconfirmed my belief that Jessica Simpson while pretty cannot act at all. Amazingly I didn't find Cook that annoying, and I wish I had thought of the idea of playing golf after closing when I worked at a department store. The film is a true depiction of what happens when competition for a girl gets in the way of friendship. Is it more important to be Employee of the Month and hang w/J-Simp or to play cards with Andy Dick. Sorry I can't give u the answer, you will have to watch.

nothing special about this movie...fully predictable with some comedy spilled here and there. The only saving grace to the movie is jessica simpson's hot body, besides that nothing great to watch.

There isn't a single character for which to relate to.

Why they're so obsessed about a woman with such terrible acting skills is beyond my ability to comprehend.

A decent Dax Shepard is outnumbered by awful co-stars, awful writers and awful director.
