I wouldn't say it's terrible but it gives you a hard time to stay focussed. Acting was alright, but on the overall this film is average in each other possible way.

Despite having a decent amount of action it's just boring. And the plot is shaky to the point where eventually they just seem to end it in order to cut their loses.
